By using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Publish in the profile image or in the gallery images in which you do not appear, such as landscapes, animals, objects, photos downloaded from the internet (these may have copyright).

• Publish images in underwear on the profile image, insinuate touching, insinuating postures, use Stickers to cover intimate areas, nudity, fellatio, explicit sex...

• Post more than one person on the profile picture.

• Using an inappropriate Nick or alias or that indicates they are a couple.

• Publish in the profile image or in any image from the gallery, your social networks, contact telephone number, WhatsApp or any other form of contact.

• Publish in the gallery of your profile images of nudes and explicit sex.

• Mention in the description of the profile your social networks, contact telephone number, WhatsApp or any other form of contact.

• Add a description with a clear sexual purpose, it is not allowed to add words related to sex such as Pleasure, morbid, sex, swingers, Bdsm, submissive, dominant, master, etc. to the profile.

• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful.

• Use the Service for harmful or nefarious purposes.

• Use the Service in order to harm LibidoOn®.

• Send unwanted messages, SPAM, request money or defraud any user.

• Impersonate another person or entity or post any image of another person without their permission.

• Intimidate, “harass”, intimidate, assault, harass, mistreat or defame any person.

• Post any Content that violates or infringes the rights of any person, including rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark or other intellectual property or contract law.

• Post any Content that is hate speech, threatening, sexually explicit or pornographic; that incites violence; or that contains nudity or graphic or unwarranted violence.

• Post any Content that promotes racism, bigotry, hate, or physical harm of any kind against any group or individual.

• Using another user account.

• Create another account if we have already kicked you out and deleted your account, unless you have our permission.
