At LibidoOn®, your privacy is our top priority. Our goal is to develop products and services that you can fully trust and focus on having fun.

Our Privacy Policy and related documents are written in plain language. What we want is for you to be able to read our policies and understand our privacy practices.

We do not put your privacy at risk. We design all products and services with this in mind. We involve experts from various fields, (legal, security, engineering, product design and others), to make sure that no decision is made that does not take your privacy into account, we have implemented anti-screenshot technology throughout the application so that other users cannot capture the information you submit or post. You have the option to delete all chat messages with other users, even those that appear in the other user chat are deleted. If you are Single, only other profiles with your same interests, compatible sexual orientation and those that you decide in the preferences filter will see your profile. If you have a partner, by default you will only be able to play with your partner.

We work hard to keep your information protected and have teams dedicated to keeping your data safe. Our security practices are constantly updated and we invest in security to improve the protection of your information.

This Privacy Policy applies to the websites, apps, exclusive experiences, events and other services operated by LibidoOn®. For simplicity, we refer to all of these in this Privacy Policy as our “services”. To be clearer, we have added links to this Privacy Policy on all applicable services.


It goes without saying that we can help you build meaningful relationships without having some information about you, such as your basic profile details and the types of people you expect to meet. We also collect information generated as you use our services; for example, access logs, as well as information from third parties, such as when you access our services through a social media account. If you want additional information, we go into more detail below.

You choose to give us certain information when you use our services. This includes:

  • When you create an account, you provide us with at least your login credentials, as well as some basic details necessary for the service to work, such as your gender, sexual orientation, date of birth, and interests.

  • When you complete your profile, you can share with us additional information, such as details of your personality, also photos of yourself, by sharing this information you can grant us permission to access your camera or photo album. Usage information

  • Mobile platforms have permission systems for specific types of device data and notifications, such as phonebooks, location services, and push notifications.   • You can delete your account directly in the service, using the relevant function for it.

  • For example, we cannot provide our service if we do not have your actual date of birth.

Our services are limited to users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not accept users under the age of 18 on our platform and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone who is a minor.
